I purchased the E51 about 3 months ago. It works great, apart from, the same problem as a lot of you have, the alarm not working the way it should.
On Monday morning the alarm fails to go off, and the date still says it's Sunday, and my alarm is set for work days, so no wonder. I though maybe it was a one off bug but it has happened to me on 2 occasions and I was late for work. I also though the leap year screwed it up, as it didn't seem to happen before 29 Feb.
I thought I could rely on this alarm like all the other phones I've had, but now I will be checking it daily and after midnight just incase.
What a PIA.

mine works fine. activate automatic update. maybe that would help.

ive been tinkering with my e51 for awhile
but i still havent discovered how to turn off the CAMERA SOUND when taking pictures
the option is not available in the camera menu.
any ideas?
