Out of Paper Error When there is Paper

My computer is giving me an error that my printer is out of paper and it is not.  It has done this with three different printers.

Disable BiDirectional on the Port tab of printer properties

    My printer gives me the message that it is out of paper though it has Paper but it does not print

    why does my HP laser jet pro M402 keep saying load =paper when I have tried EVERYTHING for 4 days to fix the problem. it seems a little stiff when the door gets about 2 inches from closure?? thanks

    My printer refuses to print ...telling me there is no paper when the tray is full.
