Blue Screen error in Windows 7, only able to use computer in Safe Mode with networking

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) is apperaing in WIN 7 too. I can only use my computer in Safe Mode with Networking. I have several minidump files but how do I use them with WinDbg utility. Also how do I load and verify the symbols. Does anyone have Microsoft support 1800 number? Thanks.

    When I disabled Alcohol in msconfig.exe a week ago, it must have uninstalled SPTD too. Yesterday when I had enabled Alcohol , Alcohol is not running. I have also downloaded the SPTD installation file from the website you mentioned and run it. I hit Install and reboot. But SPTD is not being installed because when I re-run that file again it says "No SPTD version was detected." THen I hit Install and reboot and it starts all over again. How do I install SPTD so I can run Alcohol and test it? Or how do I remove SPTD from the system so I can reinstall it. I also checked in the regedit.exe Start Value which is zero which is good.

    Try uninstalling Alcohol and then remove SPTD using the "How can I remove SPTD driver on 64-bit OS" steps in the following link:

    Then check that the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\ Services\sptd" registry key has been deleted (not just disabled) and if it has not been deleted then delete it.

    Restart the computer and install SPTD and then install Alcohol.

    You may  want to set a System Restore Point beforehand.

    In that article says run SPTDinst-v169-x64.exe to both install and uninstall, which I did. But every time it asks me to install?I dont think its installed, even though the Start Value says zero. Should I delete just the Start Value or the whole SPTD folder in the regedit.exe?

    Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\ Services\sptd (the whole "folder" [key] in regedit).  

    A Start value of 0 indicates the driver is configured as a "boot" driver.

    I tried to delete sptd folder in regedit, but it said "Cannot delete while in use." Although the folder Enum was deleted in sptd, but others are still there in sptd. Should I reboot in Safe Mode and then try to delete it?
