Blue Screen error in Windows 7, only able to use computer in Safe Mode with networking

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) is apperaing in WIN 7 too. I can only use my computer in Safe Mode with Networking. I have several minidump files but how do I use them with WinDbg utility. Also how do I load and verify the symbols. Does anyone have Microsoft support 1800 number? Thanks.

    I was able to delete the sptd folder that way. The computer was running fine for the last couple of days miracolously. Now I have reinstalled Mcafee to see what happens for next few days. If nothing, then we can rule out Mcafee. I wanted Alcohol because I really hate juggling physical CD/DVDs in the physical drive, so I found another free Virtual CD software and I dont think it uses sptd. So we'll see. Thanks again buddy.

    It seems likely that the sptd.sys driver is loaded and is preventing one from removing the key.  Can you change the data for the Start value in the  sptd key to 4, reboot into safe mode, and verify the data for the Start value is still 4?  If so, then try deleting the sptd key.  If you are still unable to do so, check the permissions on the key (right-click key, Permissions), take ownership if necessary and then give yourself full control.  Then try deleting the sptd key again.

    I cant delete the sptd folder in Safe Mode either, I get "Error while deleting key: Cannot delete the key." What should I do next. I exported that folder to desktop named sptd.reg, in case something goes wrong. Should I run that file to undo the changes while deleting? Or maybe should I just delete the Start value and leave everything else?

    If not, change the Start value from sptd from 0 to 4 (disabled), reboot, and then delete the sptd key.
