Blue Screen error in Windows 7, only able to use computer in Safe Mode with networking

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) is apperaing in WIN 7 too. I can only use my computer in Safe Mode with Networking. I have several minidump files but how do I use them with WinDbg utility. Also how do I load and verify the symbols. Does anyone have Microsoft support 1800 number? Thanks.

    I just woke up now and found the computer hung. was it because I reinstalled Mcafee?

    I had a similar problem and resolved it by updating all my device drivers like this :-

    click start and in search programs and files box type in device manager

    in the left hand pane click on Device manager.

    In device manager open all devices by clicking on the small arrows to the left of each device.

    Then right click on each device in turn (to update each driver individually)

    click on Search Automatically for Updated Driver software

    If an updated driver is available it will be downloaded and installed.

    If your driver is up to date it will notify you that the driver is up to date.

    Go through this routine for every device in device manager.

    Then all your drivers will be up to date.

    There are a number of programs on the market to buy that will do this process for you automatically,

    One is Uniblue, and another is Driver Detective.

    Just put "uniblue or Driver Detective" into your search engine to go to their download websites.

    I have both programs and they work very well,they are  worth the money spent.

    You should be able to try a normal startup again.

    sptd.sys was able to be deleted, because you prevented it from being loaded.  Else, it seems to tend to act with a type of "self-defense"...

    I have copied the sptd.sys file to my desktop and deleted from the drivers folder. Surprisingly, it didnt pop any error message or deny because of permission. In msconfig, the Boot menu show Selective Startup. Should I change it to Normal? There are still some sevices disabled all of them are from Mcafee (they arent enabled probably because of Selective Startup.). Should I enable them too? Besides that all is well now, first I thought it was the motherboard or something. Those BSODs almost made me contemplate suicide.
