How can I darken the print on my screen?

Hi,

I run Win 7 64bit on a computer with performance rating of 7.3.

The print which appears on my screen (a top spec Sony Monitor) is coloured light grey, and difficult to read, especially against the bright screen background. 

Will you please tell me how to get the print to be fully black.

I have tried the high contrast themes, but occassionally, when entering data the yellow lettering disappears into the background, and I cannot tell what i am doing.

    Roy Mayo, except the printer question, we all have the same problem of pale, hard to read print.  If the problem is a website, I don't think there are any computer settings to help increase the color intensity and contrast.   Brightness and derkness settings do not adjust contrast.  We don't want to change display colors to funky weird combinations. We just want black to be black, not grey, and white to be white, not ash or cream.BUT we CAN improve the print that displays in some e-mail programs.  I have a MS Live email account.  I go to "File" in upper left corner of the header tabs, select "options", select "read", select "fonts", select font and "font size"  Select "OK" to return to options screen. Select "compose" , select "font settings" to change size, style, and black color "Apply" to save changes.

    Hi Kumar Dinesh thanks for that you helped us but can we make it with the my themes or aero themes ? i dont like the basic and high contrast Themes i hate them :S :@ can you help me ? Please! Thank You
