Need to Reinstall Windows Installer in Windows 7

HI I NEED TO REINSTALL WINDOWS INSTALLER ON WINDOWS 7 BUT I CANNOT FIND A DOWNLOAD FOR IT .I SEE FIXES FOR VISTA XP ETC BUT NOTHING FOR 7

Click Start

Type: CMD, from the results, right click CMD

Click 'Run as Administrator'

At the Command Prompt, type: sfc/scannow

This will check for any integrity violations

Restart your system

Insert the Windows 7 DVD
Restart your computer
When asked if you want to boot from your DVD drive, do so.
Choose your language, click Next.
Click 'Repair your computer'
Select operating system you want to repair.

I found this fix for the windows installer on Windows 7 and it repaired the error

I've gotten it fix. I have a utility program from Iobot.com and in their tool box they have a group of MS fix it tools and one of them is to "restore" installed. I just click Fix It.. it flash a few time and said done. Windows Installer has worked just fine since then.

This did not work. I did a scan, and repair and Windows Installer is still missing from my services.
