Print Spooler wont start windows 7 error 1053

I am trying to install a printer on windows 7 but the print spooler wont start so i can't install

I have accessed the services.msc menu and tried to manually restart the spooler it is at this point that it i get the error msg:

 Error 1053 Did not respond in timely manner etc . I have tried a computer restart but to no avail.

What should I do as i have no printing capacity but i do have scanning??

The registry key seems OK.

Can you run the system file checker to check for system file corruption - follow Option 1 in the folliwng link:

A system restore will not work in this situation as the printer never worked.

    You can check the status of the HTTP service here:

    Device Manager > View > Show Hidden Devices > then expand Non-Plug and Play Drivers > the right-click "HTTP" > Properties > Driver

    For "HTTP" the "Startup Type" should be "Demand" and the "Status" should be started.

    If "HTTP" stops it will also stop the Print Spooler service.

    Is "HTTP" stopped when Print Spooler stops?

    Yes, I tried the SFC and then restarted the computer, whithout succes :(. I manually started the spooler, but when I try to install the printer program or add a printer it stops again. I also tried delayed start, but also then I get an error. I checked the dependency, it was dependent of RPC and http. Thats ok, I assume? I cant find http back in the services-list or is WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto Discovery-Service meant?

    Did you try running the System File Checker?.

    To do so, follow Step 1 and Step 2, under "Use the System File Checker tool ....." in the following MS KB article:
