I have few steps that might fix the issue.
· To
run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:
1.
Click
Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
2.
Right-click
cmd in the Programs list, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click
Continue
3.
At the command prompt, the following line, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow

If this does not work, then follow these steps:
1.
Run regedit from Administrator account.
a.
Click on start, type regedit in start search box and press Enter.
2.
Download PSTools
PsTools
3.
Extract from this
psexec.exe and place it in C:\Windows\System32
4.
Run cmd.exe with administrative privileges
a.
Click on start, type cmd in start search box and press Enter.
5.
Now,
type: psexec -s -i -d regedit
6.
Next choose File>>Import :choose my *.reg file and click on apply.
7.
Restart computer
