boot manager installed windows 7 twice how to delete one?

ok to boot up i need the windows 7 disc in,and then i got two windows 7 to boot off one works and the other is crouppet how do i delete of the windows 7 boot's???

The easiest way to remove an entry in the Windows 7 Boot Configuration is to use msconfig. 

To launch msconfig:

1.  Click Start

2.  In the Search text box, type msconfig

3.  Launch msconfig by selecting it from the search results above the search text box.

After msconfig is launched:

1.  Go to the Boot tab

2.  Select the boot entry you want to delete.

3.  Click the Delete button and then click OK.

Make sure to be logged in to the Windows 7 partition you want to keep when performing these steps so you don't delete the good installation by mistake.

    When I started my computer  I pressed Shift  and f_ I am not entering the letter for safety reasons). A red and asked me for my Media Discs to do  one of 3 restorations ,1) a complete out of the box Restore

       I used my Media System DVDs that I had to copy upon setting up my system for the 1st time.

    I am not sure which choice I used ,but it did copy all but my 64 bit disk which was the last disk ? And it also separated

    my c drive into two ? which I feel is not as safe as the original setup (out of the box system setup .

     Do you think it is safe to do another restoration using my DVDs that I copied upon 1st setting up my computer then deleting the petition that it made on my C drive ( the petition is what my computer is running on now , not the original , part / I know this because it is using a different set of letters and numbers that the original ones my computer came with , they actually still exist within my the start-up if I use my shift key plus F_ (I just don't want anyone to know about what to do after using the shift key ! I'm sure you already know .

      Can you please give me advice as to what I should do ??

    i would also like to know that...if we have multiple windows 7 intalled..and they both are working fine..and how we can edit the name when we retart the pc and it shows 2 boot menu i want to edit that..
