Why does Windows 7 have typing problems?
When i type on the internet or on games, I often open new tabs or open other problems, simply by typing. Sometimes what I'm typing will get erased, filled in with something else, or just won't get typed at all. I was told this is a Windows 7 bug.

2011-01-21T10:36:06+00:00 Touchfreeze helped me with this issue on laptops. There is another called touchpadpal that may help you too. You can download touchfreeze here under additional tools.

2011-01-20T19:55:35+00:00 First of all, always give the make and model of your computer and the edition of Win 7 you are using when asking a question.
Having said that, are you using a laptop or desktop? If you have or can borrow a spare usb keyboard try using it and see if you experience the same problem.
Can you try cleaning the keyboard?
Click Start and type "key" in the Start box and choose the On-Screen Keyboard from top of the list. Do you have the same problem typing with the on screen keyboard?

I owe you and the manufacturer of the touch freeze program a debt of gratitude. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
MS, your technical opinions were utterly useless.

2011-01-20T12:00:33+00:00 This is a bunch of bull. It is not caused by "accidently brushing" another key. I am having this problem when I use Word or Lotus Notes. The cursor will just randomly jump to another location in the document.
