Hi There,

We work in support environment and use dual monitors setup. WIN7 heard to have very good support for such setup and easy to use functionalities. However at some point something which was great has gone troubled.

We can use both the monitors while working on it however just the time its locked it blacks out the second monitor background and screensavers set if any. I tried looking for any config changes but in vain. Looking out for answer to this here.

Thanking you in advance.

There is no built in way to change this functionality. **When locked, one screen will be black.**There may be some 3rd party software that may do this however it would not be supported by  Microsoft.

Add me to the list of people that find this completely annoying, and baffling as to why it was changed to begin with.

I want to have my lock screen background image on both monitors in Windows 7.

    Get your act together Microsoft!!!!

I absolutely agree with you guys.

Please make it available again with Windows 7.

I love Windows 7 but this behaviour is really annoying.

Please keep up the work Microsoft.

Microsoft - If anything give me this functionality back so I don't have to have the conversation I just had with one of my end-users.  The same laptop has had two failed LCDs and now she doesn't get that the other screen is black because the domain trust has been broken and her standalone LCD is set to the primary.  I really don't care about the feature but I understand how it's particularly useful for some companies that think outside of the box.  Computers are sometimes used as eye-candy and this subtle exclusion is driving many people crazy.  Please fix...
