Display screen is reversed: black screen with white letters

My screen is now black with white and blue letters; very difficult to see/use. My email is all black screen, white letters. How do I change it back to white background, black letters?

Go to your Laptop/Computer/Graphics Card Manufacturer's website > Drivers and Downloads Section > Key in your Model number > Look for latest Vista Drivers for it > Download/install them.

    I have no idea of the manufacturer of my graphics card. You are making this too difficult for me. I simply hit a wrong setting. Need to know how to undo it. I am not computer literate.
