My screen is now black with white and blue letters; very difficult to see/use. My email is all black screen, white letters. How do I change it back to white background, black letters?

Go to your Laptop/Computer/Graphics Card Manufacturer's website > Drivers and Downloads Section > Key in your Model number > Look for latest Vista Drivers for it > Download/install them.

I have windows 10. without warning the letters are white on a black background. the printer prints out like that... white letters on solid black page! I can't find an answer on the so called help pages. how the hell do I sort this out?
Try turning off high contrast mode. That solved the problem for me.
Many thanks but how do I turn off high contrast in windows 10. All previous comment refers to earlier editions of windows!
