Go to your Laptop/Computer/Graphics Card Manufacturer's website > Drivers and Downloads Section > Key in your Model number > Look for latest Vista Drivers for it > Download/install them.

so far no help. I am running Windows 10 on an HP Spectre. My screen is black with blue letters.
