The volume control icon has disappeared from the taskbar

My volume control button has dissapeared from the bottom right hand corner of my screen - how can i get it back?

Dont Worry....... Just rightclick on taskbar---->properties----->select Notification Area Tab--------->In system Icon select "volume" ................I hope it will help u........

    The task bar is the bar usually at the bottom of your screen which contains the start menu and all the small icons on the right hand side.

    I posted this back in February of 2015 (I think), and it seems to have worked for a great many people:

    1. Hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete and open Task Manager
    2. Click on DETAILS tab
    3. Find explorer.exe, right-click, and click on END TASK
    4. On the top Menu Bar, click on FILE --> RUN NEW TASK
    5. Enter explorer.exe in the task entry box and click on OK
    6. On the top Menu Bar, click on VIEW and REFRESH NOW
    7. Volume icon should reappear after refresh
