My volume control button has dissapeared from the bottom right hand corner of my screen - how can i get it back?

Dont Worry....... Just rightclick on taskbar---->properties----->select Notification Area Tab--------->In system Icon select "volume" ................I hope it will help u........

    I did all the steps you suggested but when I go to the notifications tab the option to select the volume is not available.  Any suggestions?

    Hi, Thanks but the check mark won"t appear in the volume box when I try to click it in. I have a Dell laptop with Vista 64 bit. Can you help me with this please?   Joe
