Hi,
See the methods in my message above posted on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 6:52 PM.
Note :
Memory tests do not catch all errors such as mismatched memory (possible even for sticks
that appear to be identical) and when faster memory is placed in system behind slower memory.
So it is best to also swap sticks in and out to check for those even if all memory tests fail to show
a problem.
There is also information on using the memory testing in Windows 7.
Only way to be sure the problem is memory related is to swap some in and out or even use
memory that is known to be good and see if the same problems occur.
And there can be other hardware and software issues that causes errors that seem to be
memory which are not.
