blue screen memory management, driver fail

original title: bsod, blue screen of death, memory management, driver fail

I have just built a new PC, by ordering everything off scan.org.uk. Ever since I have first loaded up the PC it has frequently crashed on start-up. The desktop will show, then either a tone will play through the speakers and it will blue screen, or a box will come up informing me that a program has crashed (ipoint.exe, ccc.exe and others). The most common bsod is memory management, but there have been others. The computer ONLY crashes on start-up, and never when it has successfully loaded up. This problem does not appear every time I boot up, but it is still really annoying. Sometimes, after crashing, windows says it cannot restart and goes into start-up repair, this restores windows and then runs chkdisk. Sometime, but rarely, chkdisk will remove 2 or 3 registry keys and replace them. Please help, this is SO annoying.

This should be a link to the .dmp files.

Ill upload any more different crashes I have as well.

Thanks so much for the help.

I have run nearly all of the tests mentioned in the first answer, but there seems to be nothing at all wrong.

Hi, the Debugger tells me this:

    memory_corruption

this means, you have an issue with your RAM.

Download memtest86+ [1] and run it for several hours.

    Hi,

Did you check those Bug Check Codes at Faultwire? Memory is likely for all of them.

Memory tests do not catch all errors such as mismatched memory (possible even for sticks

that appear to be identical) and when faster memory is placed in system behind slower memory.

So it is best to also swap sticks in and out to check for those even if all memory tests fail to show

    a problem.

To test RAM check here - let it run 4+ hours or so.

    www.memtest.org

For the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool.

Start - type in Search box ->  Memory - find Memory Diagnostics tool at top of list - Right Click -

RUN AS ADMIN follow the instructions

    thanks for the help.

The ram was purchased off scan, with both sticks in the same packaging.

corsair CM3X2G1333C9 ddr3 dual channel each with 2 gig.

my mobo is a Gigabyte P55-UD4

could it be that the motherboard does not support the ram fully?
