How to locate and install my flash drive on my computer?

I would suggest you to check in the BIOS if it is disabled.

You can also check the mother board manual to know more about BIOS.

If that doesn’t help, then you need to check the connections in the system tower.

I would suggest this has nothing to do with the bios settings. most likely you are trying to use a USB 3.0 drive in a USB 2.0 port  USB 3.0 ports are BLUE and USB 2.0 ports are BLACK.

USB 3.0 drives do NOT work in USB 2.0 ports USB 3.0 ports are BLUE where USB 2.0 ports are BLACK.

sorry about the win 10 comment , that was patently untrue.

NOTE the top of the screen where the question begins "I plug my flash drive into the usb port provided in the front part of my computer but I'm unable to located to look at my content."

THIS is the subject of the following discussion you then said "I have several USB drives that work just fine". So like I asked you "is it only one flash drive that fails to work?" IF so i would suggest as a computer repair man that that drive has failed.

I responded to you, not the original post.  I responded because you made a very confident wrong statement in a July 31 reply to the OP:  "You probably got stuck buying a (new) USB 3.0 drive  they are NOT comparable [sic} with win 10."   Note the emphasis on "not."  Lest anyone who doesn't know better read that and think that it's true, I replied that there is no general compatibility problem between USB 3.0 and Windows 10.  Somehow you've managed to interpret that as me complaining about a flash drive not working.  As I've already explained, USB 3.0 flash drives work just fine in Windows 10 in both 2.0 and 3.0 ports on my computer.
