Sideways Screen:

Try pressing Ctrl + Alt + UP Arrow Key, or try Ctrl + Alt + and a different Arrow Key.

If that does not work: Right-click on empty Desktop > Graphics Options > Rotation.

    Thanks so much it fixed it!!!!!!!hahahahahahahah...I wash cleaning the key board and it turned sideways......i really appreciate the help.......

    Thank you your a life saver, my screen got turned sideways, but I could get online. SO here I was googling the problem sideways reading...lol anyway you help  thank you thank you...

    Hello Sonji,

    Windows doesn't have any information in its help files because it isn't a Windows problem. Th orientation of the screen is governed by your graphics card; that is why, if the CTRL + ALT + UP/DOWN arrow key doesn't work you have to make the adjustmentrs in the graphics card control centre.
