I have been been getting random windows explorer crashes. I am on windows 7 64 bit version. Here are my most recent event error logs from the past day:

The crashes do not stall my system its just that the pop up window shows up saying I have restart windows explorer again. I'm wondering if its a program I installed or something else. I do not want to reinstall windows 7 in order to fix this problem. Any help is appreciated. Please let me know if more information is required. Thank you.

Continual Windows Explorer crashes. Depending on my activity, how many windows/programs I was opening and closing as often as every few minutes.
For me, it was the Trend Micro Internet Security Suite. I took that out, life is good again and my new computer is finally performing as I expected it would.
A pity, I've been with them since they were PCCillin.

you nailed it ! I've been using the computer for a few days now and there were no further Explorer failures.
Too bad the error message in the Event Viewer doesn't show the exact "culprit" dll, otherwise I would have known the offending program myself.

I just set-up my NEW PC 9/4/10...Windows7 Home Premium, 3.06Ghz processor, HD Video graphics, 6 gigs RAM...Windows and hardware updates performed...loaded MS Office 2010 along with a game "The Sims3".
After playing a short time the system crashed to a black screen. Had to reboot with system restore to just after the game was installed. The following day, I tried to play and the same thing happened except was able to reboot Windows normally.
After going through PC diagnosis, HP suggested I update the video graphics. I spent some time on-line to find the right update and didn't feel comfortable doing this for, again, a NEW PC with way more resources available than required by the game. So, I checked out The Sims website.
Apparently, the User Account Control "UAC" and firewall was stopping the application from running. The fix was to TURN OFF the control before play, turn it back on after, and restarting PC to accept the setting change (ON) has allowed me to play for hours now, without any reaccurance. For the long-term, I'll likely just leave the control off as I feel comfortable installing / running applications that I know are safe.

First of all thanks alot for your help, Second, I uninstalled The bluetooth software as you said, and uptill now no crashes happened, i checked for the system integrity as mike fara did and the integrity of the system is verified, and uptill now no crashes happened, Hopping nothing will happen, am still trying to push the system again to check if it will crash again, ( Hoping not ), :D
