I have performed these steps and they did not repair the problem.

I didn't post a private e-mail address. I posted a public e-mail that belongs to Microsoft in a Microsoft forum. Microsoft Mods have already read it and recommended it...so thank you too. 

No, you didn't post a private e-mail address, you posted a confidential professional e-mail address that belongs to a Microsoft employee on the Internet for which AFAIK you have no consent or permission to publicly post. The e-mail address is not public, AFAIK it's not posted on any official Microsoft website or webpage. If "Microsoft Mods" recommended anything it was probably the content of your message in general, not the posting of the e-mail address... so thank you again for your valuable input and keep the e-mail address if you want, I don't mind it myself, I was just trying to help, but what you're doing is wrong, don't complain if you get problems.

so as i was trolling this post . i noticed a bitter person claming to be help full . what i truly see is a person trying to be spitefull.  "i didnt work for me so i wish doom on you "  i am shure micro soft has bigger isues than who is not useing the right e-mail address for forum postings .

Congratulations on the choosing of the word "trolling" to define what you are doing in this post, I could not have defined it better myself, it is the only correct thing you say in the whole post. I myself noticed a sensitive person claiming I was trying to be spiteful, I wished doom on someone, and Microsoft does not care confidential professional e-mail adresses of theirs are being posted in public forums on the Internet. What I truly see is a troll trying to be wise. "He did not say he wished doom on anyone, so I just say he did" (I created the thread, I moderate it, I decide if it solves my issue or not - you have a problem with that, you open your own thread and troll your own thread). What you do not seem to be sure of at all is that Microsoft having bigger issues does not mean it is correct or defendable for people to post confidential e-mail addresses of theirs in public forums on the Internet.

Mister Zhao having brought good information to this post that might have helped more than we will ever know (something that, curiously enough, can be said of some of my posts but none of yours) has nothing to do with Jamesa1946 posting a confidential professional e-mail address from a Microsoft employee on a public forum on the Internet (defending and/or standing for random users that never asked to be defended does not make your point any more valid). So do not go defending incorrect actions just so you can feel better about yourself. Tisk, tisk.

PS: Funny thing is, I was going to help you fix your issue like I was trying to do with everyone whenever I had suggestions, but, after reading your last post, I am afraid you would misrepresent mine like you did my previous one, so I will just let you have the fun of finding the solution for yourself. Since this is issue is already solved for me and I want it to be useful for other people and not troll it like you are doing and I do not have time to deal with trolls, I will stop moderating this thread now and leave, hopefully it will continue to be somehow useful for other people. Somehow, something tells me that you will prove my point that you are simply trolling by replying this post.

i had this problem all week . wed log on update and my game dosent work .  so i been playing with HOW TO FIX IT FOR a few days now .

    so heres my problem i deleted all the frame works .  then i installed 2-3.5 did all the steps jamesa1946 recomended . now i need to download frame woks 1.0 and 1.1 .   when i do download they lock up any one got any ideas .
