Verifier picked on Lycosa.sys, as Andre mentioned.

The other dump showed a  0x124 - that's WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR - "This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred."  This can indicate that you have  some faulty hardware, unfortunately, probably the processor or perhaps the motherboard. Additional things you can try, though, just to see... Ensure that the system has adequate cooling and ventilation. Test RAM, reseat RAM and the processor if you can.  If the BIOS is the latest, consider reverting to a previous version and see if that helps.  If not, upgrade to the newest BIOS available.  Also double-check BIOS settings; perhaps, note current settings, reset the BIOS defaults, and then adjust those settings you know are necessary to adjust.  Double-check voltage, etc. and ensure/verify CPU compatibility with the motherboard.  If you're overclocking, stop.

The specific details about the hardware error you encountered indicate a fatal machine check exception due to Micro-Architectural Error (X64_0x124_GenuineIntel_PROCESSOR_MAE).  The specific reason is difficult to assess - it is characterized as "Internal unclassified".

You do have a few stale drivers that you could remove or update to check the issue, but if that doesn't have an effect, focus on the referenced hardware.

then try cpu-z or other sis info tool, just to checkif the ram values are correct now and you could try rearranging them like two identical pairs on slot 1-3 two others on slot2-4,usualy that is  the path to obtain dual channel memory mode or better check mb user guide to see how because your mb supports triple channel it should have an defined  order to obtain proper stability and full compatibility

I get the same debug report (X64_0x124_GenuineIntel_PROCESSOR_MAE), then when doing the Driver vertifcation I get the same blue screen driver error for lycosa.sys. I have removed Razer software on start up and did a Check Disk, and no more blue screen. I have updated the software and still the same issue when vertifying the Lycosa driver. My setup is:

    Windows 7 64-bit

    Core I-7 930

    Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R, LGA1366,

    Corsair Dominator 6GB Memory 3x 2GB

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 260 Video Card

    Razer Lycosa Gaming Keyboard (RZ03-00180100-R3M1)

    Razer Abyssus Mouse

You running Windows 7 64-bit? Any of the above the same or is the Keyboard the only thing?

In the latest dumps provided by Jibran Hanif, lycosa.sys was no longer present, but the same bugcheck details were still occurring.

Can you provide one or more of your dumps, AndrewMS1, to check if you also got the "internal unclassified"?
