Hi,
I have same problems with my computer. However, i cannot also change the settings of Windows Update that's why it keeps coming back.
Please help.
Every time the computer is shut down, it always says installing update do not turn off your computer

2013-12-10T17:11:51+00:00 I solved this problem by turning on all of Windows features so they could update. I did this by going to Control panel; Uninstall or change programs then found **'Turn off/on Windows features'**in the left panel of that page. 'Turn off/on Windows features' is not listed as an option in the active window. Turning on all the windows features allowed them to update so that my laptop launches smoothly.
