My taskbar is missing when i use Internet Explorer

Am I crazy, or did my task bar disappear?  When I am looking at my desktop I have a task bar... and I could have sworn that for the last couple months (since installing Vista) I had a task bar visable when I was in Internet Explorer.  ("You don't know what you got til its gone."  :-P) Only problem is, NOW when I'm in Internet Explorer, I DON'T have a task bar.  I NOW have to navigate between programs by using the ALT+TAB.  I don't know of anything else that has changed on this computer. 

Any ideas on how to get the task bar up an running for while I'm in Internet

Explorer?

Hello,

It sounds like you may have accidentally enabled Internet Explorer's kiosk mode. Press the F11 key inside of internet explorer, and see if that fixes the problem.

    my toolbar was missing from my windows 7 /  internet explorer 11

    I went to Favorites at the top of you ie browser

    and right clicked on Favorites tab and tada at last I could save my website on my favorites bar.

    There is also a drop down menu when you

    add to Favorites for bookmarks  or to Favorites bar

    you can also click and the bar will go away too...

    My problem is solved. ...  so many people, so many answerer but none of them gave instructions to solvate issue.

    Great, but without a taskbar, there is no start button to access control panel!!! ;-((

    Sorry, but neither have you Ashica2015. The question was about a missing TASKBAR, not a TOOLBAR.
