I'm afraid we're unable to reproduce the issue in our computers with 64 bit and 32 bit editions of Windows 7.
This is most likely caused by corrupted user profile in Windows 7 system. To troubleshoot this issue, please create a new Administrator account in Control Panel | Users. Then, login into this new account and install your program.
Kindly refer to Windows Help for more information about creating a new user profile.

Timestamps on this message, and the confirmation email, are only 3 minutes apart, which makes me wonder if someone actually tried to reproduce this...
At the moment it's way too minor an issue for me to pursue their diagnosis, and as i replied to Corel, it seems IMHO
way unlikely on a month-old Win7 machine, whose OS was installed by the manufacturer...
