Besides changing the title, maybe we should spread the word and inform people from different channels by creating a website dedicated to this problem. Included in this site can be the current status of the problem, actions taken to resolve the problem and their results aswell.
I thought Microsoft Answers was the best place to start this thread at first, but now I see that even with 8,248 views and 180 replies, no one from Microsoft is even interacting with it. I am also worried about this thread being closed or deleted somehow, all people having this problem might lose all this information shared here. But we can also start a new thread with a more appropriate title in case of that.
Anyway, I suggest a website which doesn't belongs to Microsoft so that all these people on this thread can keep in contact even if something happens to this thread at Microsoft Answers. Though I don't have enough time to form that website, maybe someone volunteered could do that.
