Windows Live Mail error: "One or more of the pictures in this message could not be found. When you send this message these pictures will not be included. Are you sure you want to send this message?"

I think this problem started with the new Windows Live Mail update a few days ago.  Everytime my wife tries to forward one of her emails with a picture of some sort or another Mail comes back with the message

 "One or more of the pictures in this message could not be found.  When you send this message these pictures will not be included.  Are you sure you want to send this message?"

If you answer Yes WLM does send the email and the picture(s) are there but convoluted.  Is there some setting I need to change to get back to the "old" WLM.

    I didn't pay for this software to jury rig a time consuming fix.  What am I to do this with every picture in every email? This is not a fix, patch what ever you want to call it. we need a complete way of forwarding on emails.

    This worked for me.......

    Scrolled down mail to where I had placed a smiley in old post

    Now showing "smile" and deleted it
