As a workaround, Open the original email > [Right click the image] Save as in your computer > Click Forward > remove the picture with an "x" mark and replace it by copying the image from your desktop > Send.

When is WLM going to be updated and fixed please?

Also whilst I'm at it when is IE12 going to be released please as IE11 is very troublesome?

This was a "known issue" a full two years ago and there hasn't been any progress in addressing it whatsoever in the intervening period.  I suspect WLM will have gone the way of Outlook Express, and possibly Microsoft itself, before any real effort is invested into responding to this complaint.  The words "lack of respect for the customer" were used by a previous contributor.  All I can say is "And so say all of us".   We were asking nicely for some attention at that point.  Not any more. 

Lack of choice doesn't equate to being the 'favourite' as British Airways found out to their cost.  The writing's on the wall for Microsoft mate.  If you're part of that gang, kindly do us all a favor and make sure this feedback is registered.
