Windows Live Mail error: "One or more of the pictures in this message could not be found. When you send this message these pictures will not be included. Are you sure you want to send this message?"

I think this problem started with the new Windows Live Mail update a few days ago.  Everytime my wife tries to forward one of her emails with a picture of some sort or another Mail comes back with the message

 "One or more of the pictures in this message could not be found.  When you send this message these pictures will not be included.  Are you sure you want to send this message?"

If you answer Yes WLM does send the email and the picture(s) are there but convoluted.  Is there some setting I need to change to get back to the "old" WLM.

    This was the most professional response I've seen in the year this has been on the forum.  However, (1) already shows WML as the default program to open .eml.  As an aside, AutoPlay first stopped recognizing my digital camera when I inserted it into the USB port to download photos, and now it doesn't recognize anything.  The AutoPlay window doesn't even appear despite my checking the automatic box.  A Windows problem?  An HP problem?

    (2) Rather than the expected server data such as pop.server.net, Properties then Servers reads: http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/sync.aspx so I don't know what to put in for POP and SMTP

    For Kountryking and anyone else who lands here looking for answers to this problem, here are a couple of ideas to try:

    (1) If WLM doesn't open an eml file attachment, click Start, then Default Programs, then Associate a file type or protocol with a program. Scroll down to eml and make sure Current Default is Windows Live Mail; if not, click Change Program at the top and Browse. On my computer, WLM is under C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Mail.

    (2) Regarding going back to using Outlook Express on your old computer, to find your account information on your Windows 7 computer, click the Accounts tab at the top of WLM, then Properties, then Servers.

    It came to my WLM with the attachment, an .eml file which WLM refuses to open.  I would have to go to Hotmail to open it.  Why WLM doesn't open .eml files is a mystery to me.
