How do I disable Windows 7 Magnifier all together? It have the check box unchecked for starting at startup but my mouse button still starts it. I use to use that button for something else and Windows will not let me map it to the other application.
Any help would be appreciated.

Give this a try:
Click on the Start button
All Programs
Accessories
Ease of Access Center
Then click on 'Make the computer easier to use' near the bottom.
Then unchecked 'Turn On Magnifier'. Hit OK and you're done.

How to disable the magnifier?
My mouse is different. Looked for that solution a few times, but no button there to magnify. I went through Mr. Wyatt's steps, Excluding changing the file name, it wouldn't let me. But so far it seems to be working. Such a Pain... I have trouble seeing small fonts and if I ignored the magnifier it would change it so small... The last straw was trying to chat on yahoo...
Depending on what type of mouse you have, SamMandelbaum's reply on 12/25/2013 might work. It was the same way mine was fixed:
"For me, the magnifier is mapped by default to the right side mouse button on my mouse. If you go into the control panel (Windows 7), select "mouse", then select "Click here to change Microsoft mouse settings", that will launch the Microsoft mouse and keyboard center. I disabled the "right side button" (near the bottom) and that resolved the problem for me. I was accidently hitting the right side button which launched the magnifier which I found quite annoying."
