Kevin - there are two more steps omitted in your reply.
- When in Accessories under All Programs, it is first necessary to click on Ease of Access before the Ease of Access CENTER comes into view;
- Then near the bottom of that screen, click on make the computer easier to see that is where the Magnifier can be checked or unchecked.
Then be sure to click OK at bottom...
I have done this a couple, if not three times and yet my mouse still randomly changes to a cross or other symbol and either scrolls the page or invokes the magnifier which seems to randomly change sizing of text or graphics in the document on screen as
I move the mouse trying to get out of magnifier mode. A magnifier symbol appears on the address bar right side which then must be clicked to access a pop-up to return to the default value.
So much for the advised procedure, it does not work from where I sit. i am absolutely frustrated by this and wonder whether the Aero or other theme is at fault. I am using the inverted cursor theme and still having problems.
