Error Code 66A

I keep getting an error code when I try to install the latest Security Update for .NET Framework 4 on Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB2160841)

    Don't delete any files.   Follow these steps exactly...

    1. Go to START MENU
    2. Click on CONTROL PANEL
    3. Open PROGRAMS and FEATURES
    4. Double click on MICROSOFT .NET FRAMEWORK 4 CLIENT PROFILE
    5.  Choose the option to repair.  The repair will probably take a while but be patient.
    6.  Once this completes, click on the button to INSTALL UPDATES
    7.  Your problem should be resolved after following these steps.
