Yeah. It's ridiculous that the simpliest version of 7 can't have the simpliest feature like that and I have a Gateway netbook (brought yesterday) that has 250GB of Hard Drive space, pre-loaded their own picked sample images and Microsoft is telling me
that from all those datas like images saved into that computer, I can't even set a single freaking image as a background wallpaper in Starter?! My two old Samsung Blast phone can set wallpapers, even my iPod touch or their Zune can do that, but not a computer
with a more complex OS software. I'm no expert in programming, but I know that it isn't difficult nor long for them to input several more lines of coding that allows to customise background. Microsoft, if you're reading this, I'm gonna tell you guys this only
once; don't you dare try to repeat and relive that same nasty mistake with Vista, leaving out important (and basic) features that makes your customers happy and proud of your products and update the Starter to allow us to customize the monitor's background
with our images. This is the ONLY thing I'm requesting for my Starter version. It shouldn't kill the OS, the company, the programmers, or Bill Gates to make that one feature happen. BTW, what's with the financial charges for contacting the company? I know
you're busy 24/7 perhabs, but that's only hindering your customers from reaching aid from you guys and charging for email contacts = bad call.
