i did the recovery procedure on my laptop but got msg..

As you mentioned that Windows is slow, I would suggest you to run this Microsoft fixit and check if it helps.

Please also run Microsoft safety scanner to check for any virus or malware which may be causing the issue.

Note: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

    Dear Debleena S

    I suddenly noticed that my pc has become slow and when i right click on a application especially on my desktop it takes more than usual time to show the options...

    and the applications takes very long time to open.Thats why i tried the system restore.But after doing that i got the following message : System Restore did notcomplete sucessfully.Your computers system settings were not changed.

    Details: An unspecified error occured during System Restore (0xc0000022)
