i did the recovery procedure on my laptop but got msg..

As you mentioned that Windows is slow, I would suggest you to run this Microsoft fixit and check if it helps.

Please also run Microsoft safety scanner to check for any virus or malware which may be causing the issue.

Note: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

    Hello,

    We had also the same problem encountered. Most of our computers turns to boot loop after this error occurred either Windows 10 or Windows 7 was affected. We already reset all the computers but still we encountered again same problem which is 0xc0000022. We already contacted about this to Microsoft Singapore but still no response. We need to know what was the cause and how to solve this issue ASAP. Kindly see the photo below. Thank you

    Windows 7 Pro, HP Pavilion dv7, 

    1: Windows will not update.

    2: Scanned and checked possible corruptions and deleted some old unused files and programs.

    3: Went through recover steps and get this error 0xc0000022. 

    4: I use AVG Internet Security and it shows windows is permitted, but after going through the recovery and error AVG wants to restart?
