i did the recovery procedure on my laptop but got msg..

As you mentioned that Windows is slow, I would suggest you to run this Microsoft fixit and check if it helps.

Please also run Microsoft safety scanner to check for any virus or malware which may be causing the issue.

    I am getting an error:  The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click ok to close application. 

    I keep getting this error over and over - even with shutting down computer and coming back in.  This has been going on for months and I am sick of it.

    sir  system automatically click open and shut computer system mean i try to save my son photos and albums and document  to save some available microsoft photo manager not added fully in my  prasanna photo d drive not succedd  not known  we are always visit microsoft  and good help from you many times but now i am failure and not known  my son photo from 2013 to still  not including not fine so i request yesterday  only i want whatever the photo document horoscope available same protect and save d drive in computer prasanna photo d drive help
