Hi,
The force feedback mechanism doesn’t require a driver to be installed on the computer.
Some games may not support force feedback. Check the options of the game, and make sure that the wireless racing wheel or force feedback
feature is set up correctly. For more information about a specific game, see the user manual for the game.
If the game supports force feedback, make sure that the Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel is connected to the AC power supply correctly.

I'm impressed I got a response so quickly but it's not really what we're after. Did I say it wrong? Am I being completely stupid? Can we really get force feedback on our 360 wheels via crossfire?
