I click on solve PC issues (the flag) and it says Address a problem with NVIDIA graphics driver. I click it and it says

This solution could not be downloaded

Most likely causes:

Your computer was unable to download the solution at this time. Check to make sure your computer is connected to the Internet, and then try to download the solution again later.

I am connected to the internet, and windows update works, web browsing works etc. Why isn't it downloading the solution?

Download and install the latest nVidia driver for your graphics card.

    restore windows ..after that it will work properly on ac supply . On dc supply go to power supply options it will be balanced or power saver .change it to high performance. problem will be solved 100 %. first try it before restoring windows if it does not work than restore windows and do the above process

    As mentioned in my original post, I was still having problems with the latest driver.

    I have since replaced the Nvidia video card with a Gigabyte card and the problem seems to be fixed.

    I don't want to have to fork-out more money for another graphics card, when mine (NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 on, yep, a 64-bit Windows 7 machine) has been having this problem since nearly day-one and is less than a year old. At first I thought  it was a problem with my motherboard, and a rebuild later with mostly new components, the problem continues.

    However, buying a new graphics card is becoming an increasingly attractive option as this problem continues without successful resolution. If buying a graphics card that is NOT NVIDIA is the answer, then I can only suggest to everyone else to not buy NVIDIA products whilst this long-running issue remains.

    I have been manually updating my driver this way for a while.  The update service has never downloaded my NVidia 6800 gt driver.  I am still having issues.  I have internet explorer close regularly.  I also have a continuously occurring lag problem when playing games.  I have one second of lag that repeats every three minutes. I have searched for solution for the last month.

    Problem with drivers were mentioned as a possible problem from game support.  Does anyone understand this?
