I click "Address a problem with NVIDIA graphics driver" and it says "This solution could not be downloaded".

I click on solve PC issues (the flag) and it says Address a problem with NVIDIA graphics driver. I click it and it says

This solution could not be downloaded

Most likely causes:

Your computer was unable to download the solution at this time. Check to make sure your computer is connected to the Internet, and then try to download the solution again later.

I am connected to the internet, and windows update works, web browsing works etc. Why isn't it downloading the solution?

Download and install the latest nVidia driver for your graphics card.

    Hi Sherif2800,

    For these TDR's, please upload the .dmp files under \Windows\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG. You can .zip them up if there are a lot of them. Please also run dxdiag and save the log to your Skydrive page.

    As mentioned in my original post, I was still having problems with the latest driver.

    I have since replaced the Nvidia video card with a Gigabyte card and the problem seems to be fixed.

    i have the same problim, i installed the latest driver197.45 from nvidia but i still get the BSOD from time to time , it happens only when i work with 3d studio max 2010

    Hi,

    Nvidia recently released driver version 197.45. Please install that and see if this still repros.

    If it does, please copy the .dmp files from \Windows\Minidump to your http://skydrive.live.com page and include a link.
