Windows expand to full screen -- how to turn off?

In Win 7, when I move a window near the edge of the screen, the window expands to full screen.  How do I turn off this feature?

Hi

When you move a window near the edge of the screen, the action that initiates the Aero Snap feature is when the mouse pointer contacts the edge of the screen. You can disable this feature.

Open Control Panel / Ease of Access Center / Make the Mouse easier to use.

Place a check mark in the Prevent Windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen option.

Apply/OK.

    Oh my god, yes! I have spent hours hunting for basic everyday commands in Adobe, Word, and Excel that they have hidden ... not to mention hunting for a way to UNHIDE the ones I use all the time so I can put them where I get get at them without going through 7 or 8 steps. How stupid can they get! Oh, excuse me, obiously pretty darn stupid.

    I still cannot find how to add the INSERT FORM FIELD button on the main screen of Adobe, something I use constantly!!  They really hid that one.

    Hate, hate, hate Win7!!!

    I personally like Windows 7 a lot, but each to his own. I'm not trying
    to talk you into liking it. But I do want to point out that Word and
    Excel are not part of Windows 7, nor have they ever been part of any
    other version of Windows. So please don't blame things you don't like
    about Word and Excel on Windows 7. Both Word and Excel have
    competitive products and if you don't like Word and Excel, you might
    want to try others. Personally I prefer Corel WordPerfect to Microsoft
    Word, but I like Excel and prefer it to Corel Quattro Professional.
    But again, each to his own. We don't all have to like the same things.

    And "Adobe"? First of all please note that Adobe is a company, not a
    software product. Adobe makes several different software products, and
    you haven't told us which one you mean. And of course, no Adobe
    product is part of Windows 7.

    I'm going to guess that you mean Adobe Reader. Is that correct? If so,
    note that Adobe Reader is only one of several different free programs
    that you can use to read pdf files. And in my view, it's not the best.
    I recommend that you download and install the free Foxit Reader
    (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/Secure_PDF_Reader/) and give it a try
    instead of using Adobe Reader. You too may find that it's much better
    than Adobe Reader.

    Typical m$, creating reasons to annoy people, leading to communities where people can gripe and feel a sense of togetherness.

    Well it is not working, and people are flocking to MAC because m$ is stupid.
