Dynamic Pen Feedback in Windows 7, can't turn off

Okay, thank you microsoft for windows 7, it's fantastic, i love it, and intend on buying, but for now I'm having an annoying issue on the RC.

I have a wacom tablet, there was some driver issues at first but got everything hammered out, working perfectly the way i want it to except one thing. I primarily use the tablet for drawing, not handwritting, and the dynamic feedback annoys the ____ out of me. In case you don't know what i'm referring to, it's the water droplet like effects whenever your pen touches and in vista, you could easily turn it off under the pen and input devices options.

But what I thought would be an issue easily solved with a quick google search has now been bugging me for the last few hours. So, any ideas out there? I don't care if it's a registry hack, patch, or whatever, but you must be able to change it somehow, is there simply some options menu i was overlooking or missed?

Open Local Group Policy Editor: Run... gpedit.msc
Navigate to User Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Tablet PC - Cursor
Enable the Turn off pen feedback setting.

Thanks, I've been waiting for this for months! With the recent Wacom driver updates as well, I now how Windows 7 + Wacom working nicely. It don't understand why it isn't like it was in Vista still, which gave you more control over what feedback you wanted to see.

What about those of us using Home Premium? gpedit.msc is only available to Enterprise and Ultimate, and I haven't found a anything for disabling that annoying tooltip that pops up when ctrl, alt, shift, or the Windows key is pressed.

i posted in these forums too under the heading "wisptis.exe wont stay disabled!" (minus quotes) ive used all those links above trying to sort this pen n touch bamboo problem out, even after following all the steps involved, WISPTIS.exe somehow ressurrects itself and interferes with my pen,,to the point of making photoshop for instance useless, theres another link others may try under my original post from Fazil (MS Moderator) :

my specs are Win 7 Hpremium 64bit, 8gb ram,ati card, sidewinder x5 mouse, i disable tablet pc components within control panel as soon as i installed OS, and tried all vizbliz reg scripts along with all other recommendations within this post, but the curse of the wisp remains!

this looks interesting also, i used regdllview to see all the dll's associated with tablet pc components within windows 7 x64 home premium, this prog gives the option to unregister any or all of those Dlls associated with pen & ink, im tempted to do them all but maybe someone knows more about which causes wacom tablets :/

tablet pc input service isnt there for step 10

ive done all the steps above it and restarted the computer but still nothing
