    Go to the blue ribbon on top.  Click on View.  Click on Reading Pane.

    Choose normal.   Then  Turn off Outlook and them turn it back on to reset it.

    Easy!

    I have just purchased a laptop with Windows 10 and the junk folder does not appear in mail. Please tell me how to locate it.

    "Spam" and "Junk" are the same thing.
