Hi Steve7878,

You may also try these:

1.       Open the Start menu and click on the "Printers and Faxes" icon. This will open a window with a list of the printers currently set up on your computer.

2.       Double-click on the icon of the printer you want to change to online. A pop-up window detailing all current print jobs will open.

3.       Go to "Printer" in the menu bar of the pop-up window and uncheck "Use Printer Offline." This action will change the printer from offline to online.

Also change the default printer by following the steps in “Change your default printer” http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Change-your-default-printer

    The Printer popup menu shows "Printer Online" grayed out.  Pushing the forward button on the printer returns only a test page.

    How can I get the printer to print?

    Not to well versed in operations end of computer usage.  Problem with computer not printing;

    While printer on, working in "word" I ask it t print.  "save print output as" No response from printer.

    I go to :settings" and click "bluetooth and other devices"  and which makes no reference to printer.

    I go to "Printers & Scanners"  and click on Epson WF2760" "quere" shows nothing on tap as "Fax" with no mention of "print", click all and no Quere listed.

    I have tried reloading the driver and program, of which the driver came up as not available prior to reload, not it's there.  Yet, printer still does not respond when required.

    I look to hear from you.
