I can't use programs that require .NET Framework.

I'm trying to use a program that has previously worked flawlessly. This program is called GHTCP, which is used with Guitar Hero 3 PC. It requires .NET Framework 2.0 or higher to use. All of sudden, the program just stopped working. I asked to program creator about this, and he said that it sounds like a .NET Framework so here I am.

I'm running Windows Vista. I've tried uninstalling and then installing .NET Framework 3.0 but thats not working. I found that .NET Framework is part of the OS so I can't remove it. Is there any way aside from repairing/reinstalling Windows that I can fix this?

    Please download this registry file from my SkyDrive:

    http://cid-128fc518635be2dc.office.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/MS%20Foren/Registry/LocalDumps.reg

    and import it by making a double click on the .reg file.

    Now start Guitar Hero 3 PC and when the program crashes, the Windows Error reporting service creates a dmp file in the folder C:\localdumps.

    Please compress this file as a zip file and upload it to your SkyDrive and post the link here.

    Followed your steps but there was no localdumps folder on C:. It crashed like always but it didn't create a log.

    Also, small correction to your post. Its not Guitar Hero 3 PC that's crashing, its the add-on program that is. The program is ghtcp.exe.

    Do you even speak English or do you just Google Translator? Because you just can't give directions or type in general. You have to be more specific than "run x". How do I run said command? On the Command Prompt? Run in Start Menu? I need specifics here, not all of us are .NET developers that O LAWD THE ENTIRE OS.
