Hello,
I just entered a CD into my disc drive and noticed nothing was happening. So I went to manually click on the disc drive itself, and saw that it was completely gone. When going through the troubleshooting process in Windows 7, this note came up:
A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32).
Obviously I need to re-enable this service, but I am clueless as to which one or how to do so. Any help would be appreciated!

2014-01-23T04:58:53+00:00 The problem may be the stdriver and/or voxaldriver.
stdriver may be from SoundTap and voxaldriver may be from Voxal Voice Changer.
ksthunk is the default value and should remain.
Try the followlng:
Double-click UpperFiltersand, under "Value data", remove stdriverand voxaldriver(leave ksthunk) > OK
Create a System Restore Point beforehand and restart the computer afterward.
Is either SoundTap or Voxal Voice Changer presently installed?
