In every application on my computer, my cursor jumps around while typing. I can not type fast because I have toconstantly bring the cursor back to where I am typing (just did it again right now). Something is wrong and needs to be fixed. I am not technical and have no idea how to fix or what forum this question belongs in. Please advise.

To all who have been having 'cursor jumps around while typing' problem. I had the same problem and had my Sony VAIO support team help me with it. They put in a fix that worked. Microsoft. It would be beneficial if you could contact Sony regarding this problem and access to the solution they put in place for me, since they seem to have found a solution to the problem.
I tried to download it but for some reason it didn't load. Besides the cursor issue I am also having problems with the screen jumping and page text changing all at the same time. I did try moving the pointer away as was suggested by someone else, for now I think I'll call Asus for some assistance since this did 't happen till Windows 10 loaded.

I downloaded Touchfreeze too! Now, I'm having no issues. Thank you for this suggestion and YES I hope Microsoft fixes this error.
Does it matter which touchfreeze I download? this whole thing is so annoying!! Especially when trying to make homework deadlines!! Went to control panel and disabled but still happening!! I'm LOSING it! Thanks for the help!
It takes about 1/4 of a second: after clicking to where you want to type, move the mouse out of there. Don't click somewhere else, just move off the window where you're typing. You have to do this every time, but it quickly becomes a habit.
In other words: After you click, your writing cursor appears where you want to type, and when you move your mouse cursor out, you will have two "cursors" : the writing cursor (usually a vertical bar), where you want to type; and the mouse cursor (usually an arrow) somewhere else on your screen. As long as your mouse cursor is NOWHERE IN THE TEXT, your cursor will not "jump" back to it.
