I drove my self crazy trying to remedy this dilema for two days. I finally downloaded a program from Stardock called Windows Blinds. That solved my problem.

2013-03-14T02:50:39+00:00 I have looked and looked for an answer and this was my problem there was a thing called unattend in there once deleted my background was changeable

2013-03-22T18:56:42+00:00 I followed the path and deleted photo that was there.. Now I have nice backgrounds. Before that just black. The company might have pushed it down like that though but oh well.
