I drove my self crazy trying to remedy this dilema for two days. I finally downloaded a program from Stardock called Windows Blinds. That solved my problem.
Cannot change desktop background in Windows 7 Home Premium
I noticed that someone else had this problem. Does anyone know how to fix it?

It says it is in open in dmhkcore.exe.
How do I fix this?
I would like to be able to change it without having to totally redo my laptop over again.
It's a pain in the ****.

2013-03-22T18:56:42+00:00 I followed the path and deleted photo that was there.. Now I have nice backgrounds. Before that just black. The company might have pushed it down like that though but oh well.
